I take great care to ensure all information and photographs are as accurate as possible. Please read the following if you require assistance with damaged or lost items. You can contact me on nilandart@gmail.com.
An item can be returned and refunded if:
you email me with your order number within 24 hours of receiving your order to notify me of your wish to return the item
it is in its original packaging and in perfect condition
Damaged Items
All items are packaged securely and care has been taken to ensure that no damage should occur to your item while it is being delivered.
If it happens to be the case that any damage has occurred to your item please make the courier or postal service aware upon receipt. Photograph the item and notify me within 7 days of receiving your order. An item is considered damaged if it has visible water damage or is torn. Scuffed or damaged outer layers of packaging are not counted towards this and are the result of handling during delivery process.
Lost or delayed items
Depending on customer location, an order may be held at customs for some time. All taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please refer to your tracking number and contact the relevant service to help you rectify the delay and find your item.
